It was just a walk down to newcastle civic park. Nothing too much trouble. Food is fabulous. We could easily park nearby. Dine at corner house cafe, which is located within 300 metres from the hotel...

A good choice of restaurants to eat close by, like Welsh blacks that was only 10 minutes' walk away. We really enjoyed the fact that we chose oriental. There was free WiFi at the hotel.
